I store my stuff in a communal fridge and figure it looks more like my lunch this way. A little bigger than a lunch bag, but not a full-on cooler. Again, it's a free cooler bag we got as some promotion. Then I throw the full bottles + all the pumping parts into a cooler bag and put them in the fridge till quitting time. I pump into Spectra bottles, transfer to the Tommee Tippee, cap it. There seems to be no way to pump directly into those bottles from the Spectra, which is probably the only drawback to the Spectra, in my opinion. I bring it to work on Monday, leave it till Friday, then bring it home for the weekend in case I have a chance to pump a little extra. I use a free tote bag I got from a conference. Some pockets for organization are helpful but not completely necessary. I take the train, so it needs to be zippered and needs to be big enough to fit the pump and a few supplies but not much else.
